01About
Unbound by genre —
feelings and stories, told in music and moving image.
Lucian Hayes is an artist who expresses a wide range of emotions and stories through music and film, without the limits of genre. Rather than following a set style, each piece is given the sound and imagery that best suit the story it wants to tell.
Every piece is directed and edited around its story and lyrics, then released as a music video and short-form film.

Four things that guide the work
-
01
Story over genre
Every song begins with the feeling and story it carries. Sound and image follow from there.
-
02
Sound & picture, together
Characters and scenes are built around the lyrics, with close attention to how music and picture meet in time.
-
03
Crafted end to end
From planning through direction, editing and a final review, every piece is shaped into a finished work.
-
04
The work comes first
Lucian Hayes is introduced through the works and the stories inside them, not through a single singer persona.
